I am from India. I am the owner of house property, 1 person has taken loan on my property based on fraudulent documents, now Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. is saying that borrower has given surrender letter of house and hence they will take possession right away. Is it possible ?

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, firstly you should send a legal notice to them explaining the situation and even then if they don't stop then you may file an injunction suit.

A.Dear Client
You should immediately take step against it before its too late. First of all send them a legal notice apprising of the real situation and then if they don't stop then file a case in the court- injunction suit.
