Our neighborhood start business activity adjacent to my home(In residential area).My father and mother both are senior citizens. he starts irritating activity.(Like hotel cum drinks. etc).I complained to related officials but they did not take action till now and not licence not given to them(from 2 months).Please suggest option to close.

A.Dear Client,
Common nuisance is not excused on the ground that it causes some convenience or advantage. If this type of harassment is faced by you from your neighbor then, you can file an application under Section 268 of IPC in the court of magistrate.
