Disinheriting from Property

My brother whos marriage was supposed to be help on 5th feb 2022. He ran away from home without even telling to anyone about his whereabout. Now we got message that he want to live his own life and does not want any family interference. But with his act the family had faced social as well as financial losses. My father and elder brother want to disinherit him from the property . But I do not agree with them. Is there any other way in which we can prove that we won't be responsible for any his illegal act done by him(my brother who ran away before the marriage) without disinheriting him ??
