Delaying in action by the lawyer

My lawyer is delaying in filing the CRPC private complaint to the magistrate . She has written letters to ACP, DCP and commissioner as well. At the same time she is very cooperative as well. She always picks up my call whenever I call but she is going bit slow. What can I do

I don't think there any answer for this question of yours. If you say that she very cooperative and doing all that she has to then you must talk to her on the timeline if you have any. No other lawyer can help you on this as you need to talk to her and if you wish you can change your lawyer.
