Hi Sir,
One of my brother living in Turkey and he left his family (wife and son) five years back in Tenkasi in the custody of her parents but in seperate house and took care of all their needs. Also visitin them once in six months.. He found some changes in his wife in last four years. She never allowed him for sex in the past 4 yrs and recently in his last visit he found that his wife is having illegal sexual affair with another two persons. She herself confirmed the same to her husband and said she need her husband only as an ATM.. REently he visited 10 days before and one of her sister confirmed that one of his wife's boy friend took video of their sexual relationship and they got that and destroyed it. My brother started recording his conversation with his wife over phone on which she confirmed that she is having illegal relationship with two people. And her Diary also we got it as evidence. Now my question is whether phone conversation and diary is enough to go for divorce. will it be a strong evidence to prove adultary. Please guide us to solve this problem and save my brother from his wife and her parents.
