My mother in law mentally tortures me and abuses vulgarly, doesn't let me stay with my husband.what legal actions can be done?
A.Dear Client
You can move to the police station or the court and file a complaint against your mother-in-law under the domestic violence act. The legal system is very much improved and justice will prevail for sure in most of the cases. Just one complaint and it will surely help you through the process.
Thanks

A.Dear Client
If the torture and cruelty is increasing then you can lodge a complain under the Domestic violence Act and get an order from the magistrate to stay with your husband and also relief from the torture.
