Recovery case for maintenance

court ordered for giving maintenance to my mother from my father in 2010 but my father went missing we were unable to file recovery case because we didnt know his residential address. after searching we found him in a city of Gujarat so now we want to file a recovery case but the court order was given in Aurangabad and we have shifted to Pune for 10 years now, when we went to a advocate she said she can file case here in pune but we coudnt afford her fees so we went to the free legal aid there some of them say we can file the case here and some say we cannot. its been more than a month now and my mother is unable to travel because of her health condition. we have all the address proof of our house in pune so can you please tell is it possible to file a recovery case in pune if the court order is of aurangabad civil court.

What you are asking for will have have the complications of jurisdiction issues. Since the order is passed from Aurangabad court then the Pune court cannot pass any further order on that. What you can ask is file for execution at Aurangabad and get the maintenance from your father basis that order.
