A.Dear Client
Report it - Contact your local police station. The police will take your case seriously, will deal with it in confidence and will not judge you for being in this situation. Blackmailing with photos or videos can both be a civil offense and a criminal offense in India. A lawyer might help the victim by filing a civil case asking for an injunction from the court on the perpetrator. If you are under 18 them report this to CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command.). If you're being blackmailed on social media, don't put up with it and remain silent. Instead, you must combat the blackmailer from the very beginning. If you are a victim of cyber-blackmail, you should report it to the local police.
Thanks

A.Dear Client
There is no need to panic over this as the blackmailer will take advantage of that. Lodge a complaint with the local police station with all the details and do not pay anything to the blackmailer else this will be never ending.
