Assistant Teacher - I am a permanent employee of my school Assistant Teacher - I am a permanent employee of my school

I am a permanent employee of my school, served more than 6 years, now I got new job so I had put up my resignation and told them that I will be serving 3 months notice period assuming it will be till May. But school authorities told that they won't consider May as 3 Rd month of notice period and won't be paying me this year for May as it is holiday (Every year I used to get salary for May) so I hv to work till June and if I don't serve June then I hv to pay them for the month of June. Is it legal ?
Ideally they should pay me for May?

A.Dear client,
The service provided in the month of May, the school will pay your salary like any assistant teacher. In case if the school fails to pay you then send a legal notice on the grounds of discrimination.

Thank you.

A.You need to consult with an advocate with all your relevant documents and get the proper remedy. Without getting the detailed explanation, it is little bit tough to get you your justice hence you need to explain your situation more briefly by having a face to face consultation with an advocate for taking legal action immediately.
