Car mechanic Cheeting me

Dear sir
I gave my car a mechanic to repair that time the car was accident condition so he side that cast could be 2lax, i have given 1.35lax, this all happened 8 months back but still he not completed and not responding, two months back we discussed that car sell we both are accepted that car to sell and he arranged a buyer and discussed that car will take 5lax 25 thousand, we both are agreed and the buyer side that amount will give 11of March and he gave 10k advance, i called on 11 of March now he telling i don't have money will geve you but it's take some he not saying specific time only saying give you that only, and the mechanic not responding. I calling 10 to 30 times every days but not responding. And the mechanic and buyer both are friends. Please help me sir.
There was an oral contract between you and the buyer since you have already given the car an ample time period for the payment. oral agreements are legally enforceable in the court of law, or in a dispute and hence you can sue the buyer and the mechanic for infringement of the contract through circumstantial evidence.
