LG Washing Machine Service issue

We have purchased LG Washing machine and within 1.2 years the front door got broken due to internal heat and we raised complaint at service team and they replaced front door glass only after service the Entire front door got damaged and we noticed so we told the team and they promised( Proof video bite) us to replace the door within a week bt after 26 days also not fixed and now they are telling we won't replace door will replace only part of door. So what we can do in this case please help us

If they do not change the door and repair the machine to workable condition then send them a legal notice followed by a filing a consumer case in the district consumer commission/forum.
