Hello, I failed to pay my emi for bike for some reason, therefore the finance company took my bike from my office without any prior notice... next day I got call from Mumbai who said he is from legal department. He told me that I have to pay rs 22000 as loan repayment which is for loan settlement they will return my bike. after we paid amount he is not answering calls and they didn't give my bike

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts which have been provided, you should cross check that the person to whom the payment has been made is not fraud and if he is then you can file a complain in Police Station. And if payment of the remaining amount has been made to the eligible person and then also you have not received your bike then you can move to Consumer Court.
