1)IS THERE ANY TIMELIMIT FOR FILING SUPPLEMENTARY CHALLAN U/S 173 AFTER THE SUSPECT HAS GOT ANTICIPATORY BAIL AND CASE IS IN EVIDENCE STAGE AND CHARGESHEET IS PRESENTED 4 YEARS BACK.
2)CAN AN ACCUSSED AGAINST WHOM CHARGES HAVE BEEN FRAMED AND CHARGE SHEET HAS BEEN FILED BE DISCHARGED BY WAY OF PRESENTING SUPPLEMENTARY CHALLAN BY POLICE US 173(8)IN TRIAL COURT?
