If all evidences of the matter are presented before court, how much time can the court take in delivering the decision?
A.Dear Sir,
The lower Court may take 2-3 years to deliver judgement and then the first appellate court take another 2 years time and 2nd appellate court that is High Court may take another two years time to give its judgements.
