Consumer Complaint Against Bike Manufacturer

I had purchased a motorcycle from Jawa Motorcycle in 2019, the bike had problem from day 1 and I have been following up with the regional manager and service center to get it resolved, they have changed many parts in the bike but the issue was never resolved, after the warranty period i had to change the critical parts at my expense and still the issue was never resolved. Does this case stand for refund of my money

A.If there was any warranty period provided which was yet be complete and the other side did not provide you service accordingly then you can sue them for deficiency of services under Consumer Protection law of 2019. Thank you.
