False 498a - registered against me False 498a - registered against me

Sir,

Have an false 498a registered against me. Am a divorcee with a son married another divorcee with a son too.

After marriage, she stayed with me for 15 days and left for her mother's home in another city. Didn't come back for 1 year. After 1 year came twice in a period of 6 months and stayed for 1 week each time and left again.

After leaving, she has filed a false 498a in her city. Managed to get anticipatory bail with a condition of 10k purity. But did not go to IO for compliance as my advocated suggested that we will file for fir quash and doing compliance is not necessary.
She also advised me to file conjugal rights case and have filed.

Now, I came to know that we shouldn't have filed conjugal rights case and our quash petition will be dismissed.

Another advocate is suggesting to go for compliance and present all the facts and pray for B report.

Fully confused and wasted a lot of time and money on bad advise.

Request your esteemed advise on how should I proceed further on this case.

A.Dear Client

As per the facts which have been provided, it is important to preserve the evidence for the court in case a false case has been filed by your wife. You should carefully keep the track of the events that have occurred between both husband and wife over the period of time. You should collect the evidence such as:
Calls, Chats, Messages, Emails, letters as from wife
No dowry taken or demand from wife or her family
Proof that she walked out on her own from the marriage

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
