OBC certificate

I am from Telangana state khammam distict, acquired caste certificate long ago, now iam working in some other district of telangana , can I have OBC certificate from the Tahasil of my present working place as I don't have address proof at my birth place.

You can manage the local Tahasil office people otherwise you have to get caste certificate from your native place by producing the old caste certificate. Normally it will valid for lifetime if it is not included with income.
