Harassment by step mother Harassment by step mother

This is related to our caseā€¦

Mera father ki corona ke karan death ho gayi thi. Tabhi se step mother pareshan kar rahi he. Papa ka transportation ka business tha step mother ne sign kiye the aur bhai ke name par papa ke 4 truck he vo bhai ke name par transfer ho gaye he.
The problems are :

1- Unhone mere aur mere bhai par Domestic violence , crpc 125, succession and 2-3 aur civil suit file kiye he. Me already married hu and 6 years se Pune me job kar rahi hu. To ye case valid he mujh par bhi and bhai 22 years ka he and humne kabhi unse galat baat nhi ki

5- Step mother claim kar rahi he ki unko ghar chaiye vo by her choice ghar se gayi thi aur 10 months ee hamare sath nhi reh rahi he.

6- jo ghar me hum rehte he vo Bade papa ke name ki registered he to kya court vo ghar me unhe rehne ki permission de sakti jabki hamare bade papa aur hum ab unse koi relation nhi rakhna chahte.

7- Vo ese cases karke hume mentally harass kar rahi he ki hum log thak jaye aur apna hissa chod de

What happened if someone signs a paper and after sometime saying they have not signed it.

Pls suggest hum bacche kya kare ?

A.Dear Madam,

You have to take certified copies of all the documents where your step mother signed and file a suit for partition and get hold of all such properties. You can also file criminal case against her.

A.Dear Client

As per the facts which have been provided, if your mother is claiming her share in your uncle's self acquired property then as per law she does not have any share in that property and if your uncle's property is an ancestral property and your father too had share in the property then your step mother may file for a share in that property.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
