Arrears payment of wage revision is delayed for resigned employees

I was working in a PSU bank and resigned before settlement of wage revision. Now the present serving employees have been paid arrears of wage revision. But for resigned employees the payments pending. When I wrote to them they replied generically that it will be paid in due course. Please advise me if any legal recourse is avaliable to me.

You may get issue a Legal Notice and threaten to initiate Legal action against to them. Further approach service tribunal or High Court. It is better to join two or more officers who are retired and facing similar problem.
