I am Hindu, Married on 2010 Aug. I am a single daughter. My Grand mother wrote a will to share his property among her 3 sons and 2 daughters. But after her demise, they didn't put the will in force and one of the properties divided and register for 2 daughters. but other properties are not shared. As Will is not made in force, here are my question,

A.If grandmother made a will of her proeprties and you are named in it, you should find copy of that will and can file for its execution. But if it is ancestral property of your father you are automatically eligible for your share, file a partition suit in Court.
