I am Hindu, Married on 2010 Aug. I am a single daughter.My Grand mother wrote a will to share his property among her 3 sons and 2 daughters. But after her demise, they didn't put the will in force and one of the properties divided and register for 2 daughters. but other properties are not shared. As Will is not made in force, here are my question,

- As it is ancestors property of my father what are my rights on my grand mother property? what are the legal action i can take?
- How do i make the grand mothers "Registered Will" to get in force?
- Please help me with other option that i have

A.If grandmother made a will of her proeprties and you are named in it, you should find copy of that will and can file for its execution. But if it is ancestral property of your father you are automatically eligible for your share, file a partition suit in Court.

A.*as you are single child of you parents so only after death of you father you will get 1/5 part of your grandmother property.
*you can claim as a sole survivor of your father property in district court.

A.Grand daughter has equal right as others in ancestral property. Ur query is not clear. What is the need of this will when it is an ancestral property.all the sons and daughters have equal share in the property. How the property got shared among daughters is also not clear.consult a lawyer with complete papers for proper advice
