Customs - My friend import goods from china

My friend import goods from china from online website called alibaba. The seller have been declaring lower than the actual value of goods for customs and he was unaware of that. The goods have always cleared the customs but he wanna know if it can be a problem in the future.

It is a repeated question anyhow you are advised to be aware of such illegal activities which may back fire you at any point of time. Ask your exporter in China not to do like that.
