Can I file appeal before the appellate Tribunal
2 years ago
High court order --Writ petition filed by the petitioners is dismissed being not
maintainable. The petitioners are, however, at liberty to invoke
jurisdiction of a Civil Court for redressal of their grievance.
But in my case I have efficacious alternative remedy other than Civil Court.
Question-:Can I file appeal before the appellate Tribunal without such liberty granted by court ?

A.Dear Sir,
If subject matter can be decided by Appellate Tribunal then you can file a case before Appellate Tribunal. You may approach the Appellate Tribunal and see that it is registered if not you will be advised to approach Civil Court.
