My mother had filed partition suite againt her sister When she wants to sell her property with some wrong documents. Here The buyer goes out to survey the purchased land which is map of being a forgery. I have sent a lawyer notice to the survey department to inform about our partition suit in the court and dont do the survey until the order come. But survey department denied and continued their process what should i do now?

A.Dear Sir,
You may ask your mother to file interim application and to get stay order on the survey department staff members from surveying the land. Further, survey department authorities must be impleaded as a party in the pending partition deed.

A.Dear Client
If the survey department has not stopped the process even after you sending the legal notice to them then what you can do is file a case in the High Court against the Survey Department for their inaction.
