Not responding to background verification
2 years ago
Can I file a legal case if ex-employer not giving background verification to the current employer?
A.Dear Sir,
You need not file any case against your ex-employer but you may approach office of Labor Commissioner or get issue a legal notice saying that if ex-employer fail to reply to the said legal notice then it will be deemed that everything is fine with you while working with your ex-employer.
