My wife filed 498a without identity proof and after one week she generated new aadhar card with my surname and my home address. With newly generated aadhar, she filed DVC case and MC.

A.Dear Sir,
You may take advantage of such post dated documents and approach High Court to quash 498A FIR and in the beginning such investigation may be stayed.

A.A wife can file a case for 498A from any place in India, identity proof is not required while filing the complaint. Moreover to be in safe side kindly consult with a good criminal advocate who can provide you the best possible remedy at a reasonable period of time. Hence have a consultation at earliest to take necessary steps against your wife in the court proceedings.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, a person does not need an aadhar card or any identity proof for the matter of fact to file a case under section 498a as still there are many people who don’t have any identity proof.
