For a ready-to-move-in apartment unit (1 year old), the Seller wish to sell his flat (currently, living in the same Apartment). Seller has paid TDS for this Property already. All legal set of property documents are available. However, Sale-deed registration is done under my name as first owner.

Original Sale agreement between Seller & Builder along with Tripartite Assignment agreement (Builder, Seller, Buyer) is in place.

With this, please let me know about TDS liability, if any, in this case
