Removel of Electrical lines and its poles

My agriculture land back side of sub station of power house, the dept installed 4 to 5 lines and its supporter from my land before 20-22 years, they had neither take NOC nor give any compensation. before 2-3 years Tahasildar send letter that my land is covered under yellow zone if you want to convert it in residential zone (NA) paid small amount hence I paid the same and convert it , then I requested to electricity department to shift lines but they denial to shift and say if you want to shift paid expenses. I am unable to pay huge amount for shifting for 4 to 5 lines.
Please advice

You may approach directly to the High Court and claim huge compensation since your land not acquired and you are getting so many problems due to such 4-5 electricity wires being passed nearby your house.
