I signed the sale agreement with a promise from buyer that they will register my portion in my name and after signing they cheated me now asking me to vacate my house before registration. I had two brothers my property is owned from my father. Because my brothers wanted to sell the house the buyer had cheated me in this way to get my signature. Please advice how to get my property back. I am given Ist floor, my elder brothers is ground floor and my second brother is given second floor. Since there is no co-operation between me and my brothers the buyer took the advantage and had cheated me in this way, but there is no proof for that In court they will say I had signed, I returned the amount before sale agreement day which was given to me. Please advice whether I will get my property back or not.
