How to remove my name from FIR as a witness

One property is sold in 2007 by my grand father and his four sons to a third party. I am one of the witnesses in this registration at the age of 19 years. The same property had been sold by some other persons by obtaining Power of attorney independently from my grandfather and his four sons before 2007. Without knowing the fact i had signed as witness in the second registration. The district court files a criminal against my grand father and his four sons including me as witness under Section 82 and section 83 of registration act. I am now working in government bank as deputy manager. What is mh liability in this case. Is it possible to remove my name from FIR

The FIR as registered by police cannot be changed. Therefore, it is not possible to physically remove the name of a person from the FIR by changing it.
