Need to claim refund and compensation from Flipkart.com

I have received a wrong model smartphone upon delivery from Flipkart. The seller keeps rejecting my refund and courier service is not picking up my order. Flipkart customer support keeps postponing my resolution date without any assurances or explanation as to how my refund will be issued or how my problem would be solved. Should I proceed to file a consumer complaint because I do not sense they are inclined to help me at all?

You may send them a mail mentioning that if the matter is not resolved then you will move to the consumer forum, if then they don’t take any action against it then you can move to the consumer forum and file a complaint Against them.

You may get issue a strong legal notice and thereafter file a complaint in person before consumer Court and it may be ended in compromise as they come forward to pay some amount to you provided you publish such proceedings in the media and give wide publicity.
