Our Society has both residential and commercial units

Our Society has both residential and commercial units which is likely to go for major repair work in near future.. Can Society form repair committee and authorize them to open and operate Society repair and maintenance bank account.

Yes, it can maintain such account and use the amounts accumulated therein and such amounts can be used only for the purpose of repair and maintenance.
