Fraud by mobikwik -payment not successful paid after sometime

I add money in mobikwik wallet for online payment but unfortunately payment not successful paid after sometime money refunded in mobikwik wallet than i called mobikwik customer service for reversal money into my bank account ... they refunded but money not received yet...than i again called and sent my bank statement through email to mobikwik customer service...but they didn't refund my money....4 months passed but they make excuses...how can I refund money and compensation..

It is not your individual problem and you may lodge complaint with Cyber Police and also get issue a legal notice claiming a huge amount as compensation and thereafter approach Consumer Court.
