Subject : Requesting Occupancy on our own land or equivalent value other land from Consolidation Department.
Dear Sir,
Current Problem is :- Land with gata number 390 and 391 near Hemraj colony Bijnor are registered in our name but is not occupied by us. People have their houses built approx. 40 years before on it.
Our Request is :- Either we get occupancy on our registered land (gata number 390 , 391) or occupancy as well as registration on elsewhere equivalent land or suitable compensation.
Consolidation Department says :- Since land has houses on it, it is beyond their authority to do anything about it and suggests filing a court case.
Consolidation department’s wrongdoing is : They snatched away our authority from yet another land we were having occupancy and was allotted to us at the time of purchase in exchange of this gata number 390 and 391 land why because we failed to bribe them 20 thousand rupees so they could register it in our name. Occupancy was instead given to Parmanand serving in consolidation department itself and we had no approach in this department.
We only came to know that we were having occupancy on land not registered in our name in exchange to the one registered in our name when consolidation department stepped into it approximately five years before.
Request to do some suitable action in this matter.
What will be best action in this case to take
