Technical Resignation Not Given

I was working as Junior Translator In C&AG since 2017. I gave technical resign and joined as Junior Translation Officer in Department of Official Language in March 2021. Prior to joining Department of Official Language I applied for the post of Translator in Lok Sabha from my previous office CAG through proper channel. At the time of joining Department I intimated that I had applied for the post of Translator in Lok Sabha. Now I am selected for the post of Translator in Lok Sabha but Department of Official Language is not giving Technical Resignation saying that my probation is not complete. Please help.

Irrespective of completion and non-completion of probation period getting technical resignation. You may approach Central Administrative Tribunal and get justice.
