A.Dear Sir,
Immediately start fighting by issuing legal notice on the basis of documents available with you. If possible get into possession of as many flats as may be possible thus mortgage the same or lease out the same.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the concerned Agreement for its terms, conditions and default clauses. It is necessary to analyse those terms in legal perspective with supportive proof of payment.

A.Dear Client,

A buyer can file a case and send legal notice to the builder for delay in possession under the RERA Act, 2016 or transfer their case from a CDRC to the State Real Estate Regulatory Authority. According to this Act, a builder will have to pay 10% interest on the value of the property for delayed possession of flats.
