How to sell a flat against which case is pending in consumer court?

My father has purchased a flat in 2017. We have filed a case in consumer court against the builder.
We want to sell the flat now.
Is that possible?
If yes then what are the legal procedures required?

A.You have not elaborated on the case in consumer Court against the builders for which reason it is filed. In absence of that further elaboration of your query is not encouraged. Thanks n regards
