I have filed a WP in Andhra Pradesh High court, challenging notice served on me by my employer to reduce and refix my initial basic pay, subsequently to recover deemed to be excess paid salary from 2004.
Court granted stay on the respondents action. Now respondents filed vacate stay petition. what is that I have to do now?
A.Dear Sir,
You need not do anything and leave the matter to your advocates who will argue and protect your interest. If stay is vacated then prefer appeal before Higher Court.

A.Contest your Petition in merits. If you are legally right and still don't get relief which is most unlikely you can challenge that order in higher court there or the Supreme Court if you find it feasible to do so. Thanks n regards
