Online course-he did not generate my id of the bizgurukul portal

Hello sir
Good morning to you.
I paid 6000 to BIZGURUKUL Affiliate for the Digital marketing course but he did not generate my id of the bizgurukul portal for the last three months. And even he did not receive my call only he leave an SMS for me sometimes.
What can I do now??
