Verbal Assault and Attempt to Hit by car

Dear Sir, Myself and my wife were traveling in a Scooter and My wife was driving the vehicle while i was seated in the Pillion seat. At one Traffic Junction, we stopped for Red Signal and there was a car with a bunch of drunken goondas. they were continuously honking at us to move but we stayed since the signal was Red. once the Green Signal was on, we started to move and these guys Chased us in their car at a high speed and tried to hit us. They blocked our way and started abusing me and my wife verbally . they also tried to hit us. a Policeman intervened and sent us home. can we raise a complaint against those guys. i have noted down the Vehicle registration Number and I can Identify them. If so, Under which sections, the complaint can be made?
You don’t need to know about the sections.
You simply have to make a complaint against them in the police station by stating all the facts and evidences .
You need not bother about sections but simply lodge complaint narrating the incident and police will issue FIR and try to get evidence from the near by CCTVs.
What they did was not at all fine and if you wish then you can lodge a police complaint against them under the following section of Indian Penal Code 1860;
268. Public nuisance.
339. Wrongful restraint.
352. Punishment for assault or criminal force otherwise than on grave provocation.
425. Mischief
503. Criminal intimidation
510. Misconduct in public by a drunken person.
