Order for child visitation rights in DV act Order for child visitation rights in DV act

DV is filed by wife , son is with mother, father got visitation rights in interim order DV orders for visiting child every week twice
Now father files over night access to child application for school vacation . child not interested in going for over night access with father.
How to deal with replying such application in court ? IF Once interm order are passed does court consider such application in between ?

A.Dear Sir,
You may file another application for modification of visitation rights and convenient visitation rights may be taken. If violated contempt proceedings may be initiated.

A.Dear Client
In these kind of scenarios the court takes into account the interest of the child more than anything. So, if the child is not willing to then you can't help it. You need first ensure that child does not say anything in the court which can go against you
