Misuse of Cheque

My cousin, working in an IT company faced the problem of misusing a security cheque. Firstly, They hired me regarding web development and on my first day, they shifted to the game technology dept. but the salary was according to web development which is low.
(web development salary - 25000/-)
(game development salary- 40000/-)
After some time left the job because of a nonresponse from the company regarding my web development post. I finally resigned and soon after the black cheque of 2 lakhs was applied to the bank. That was a security cheque. I need legal assistance, please help me

They are misusing your blank security cheque and you have to reply to their legal notice accordingly. But it cannot be closed unless trial is held. If you wish to close it at the beginning then you have to approach High court for quashing the same and section 482 of CRPC and expenses will be not less than Rs. 50K to 75 K.
