Hello, I am resident at Gandhinagar Gujarat born in Gujarat and completed my education in Gujarat . My father is farmer at Azamgarh UP. He has named in Khata(Khatauni) in UP Land records. Now My question is can I buy agriculure land in Gujarat in my name and what documents required or I have to buy on my father name
