Finance Dealing-given money to one of my friends Finance Dealing-given money to one of my friends

I had given money to one of my friends more than 2 years back. Every time I send him whats app message he keeps telling me that he will definitely return. When he asked the money he told me that the will repay in only 15 days and now he keep giving me excuses. Not sure if a case can be filed on him to recover the money.

A.Dear Sir,
Nicely you may take atleast post dated cheque which is easiest method to recover the amount otherwise if you go in civil way you have to wait for years together.

A.Dear client,

You can approach a lawyer and send your friend a legal notice for returning the money. If he still doesn't return your money, then you can file a civil suit against him in the civil court.

A.Dear Client
You need to send him a legal notice through a lawyer to recover the due amount. If he does not pay even after the legal notice then you can file a money suit for recovery of the amount with compensation in a civil court.
