A.Dear Madam,
You have to reveal your name atleast to the Police and ask them to keep it secretly. You may lodge serious criminal complaint against him and see that he is arrested.

A.Dear client,

If the physical activity was without your consent, even after you denied multiple times, then you can lodge an FIR in his name for rape. He will be booked under Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code. Your name and identity won't be revealed as per section 228-A of the Indian Penal Code.

A.Dear Client
It will not be possible for you to take action against him without revealing your identity to the police and authorities. As police has to get the name of the victim to proceed ahead. You can also do one thing and reach out to the national commission for women (NCW) for help and support.
