A.Dear Sir,
You have to file a partition suit against your mother and your siblings if your father is no more. Be informed that children are not entitled for any share in the self acquired properties of father during his lifetime.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether that property remains unpartitioned from last four generations through male lineage or not.

A.Dear Client,
if the property is ancestral property and you are sole legal heir, then the property will be yours even if your father has not given it to you. if it your father's self acquired property, then your father should transfer it on to your name or he should keep your name as the nominee to the property. if all the documents are perfect, you r property will be safe.
