Sir, iam 20 years old boy,one day I went to the beach with my friend and saw our teacher. A few days later they called me at my house and told me at home that I was going to cut class and walk around the beach. Can I get legal help to take action against this lying teacher

according to the facts that you have mentioned, your teacher have seen you in a beach and she might have mentioned it in a general way that you are cutting classes. if he is mentioning it so many ties that you are feeling offended, then tell him not to mention that or you can complaint to the HOD or principal of your college.
