No Attendance Marking

We would want to implement no Attendance Tracking Policy (Clock In and Clock Out) for our Employees. Please let us know what are the things which need to be done. This policy is applicable for 6000 White Collar Employees

Not tracking the attendance has its own problems and might create some logistic issues later especially in the case where the employee is absconding or has met with an accident and there are huge compensation claim for the same.
