Data entry- I had opted for work from home
1 year ago
Recently I had opted for work from home Online Data Entry Job opportunity and as per the Contract, I Signed while taking up the job, it states "In the matter of non submission of the work or cancellation of work, the client is bound to pay the penalty amount of 7700 to the company". Now I had started receiving WhatsApp messages and calls asking me to pay the amount, if not legal action would be taken in Jaipur Court. Kindly share your views / opinions from the legal point of view for the above issue.
A.Dear Client,
most of the data entry cases these days are fraud but you said that you have signed a contract, do not pay the money. if they issue any legal notice to you, then take any further actions.
