Salary Recovery -My 2 month Salary not given by company

My 2 month Salary not given by company which is based in Nagpur. It has been 6+ months completed. I have everything proof on email and WhatsApp. Some ex-employee also send legal notice but, still they not given salary of 10+ ex-employee.What should I do?

You should speak to all other employees who have not got the salary and together file a case for recovery of salary in a civil court. If the company is based in Nagpur then you can file the case there and get the possible judgement in your favour.

If you are not the employee of that company then you can go legally but it is very hard to recover such amount by going to the Court etc.
